The Team
Managers Studio was born of the combined ideas and experiences of its founding partners Diana Clarke and Marciano Alves.
Diana Clarke has over 25 years experience in executive development in Spain, as HR and Communication Manager for a multinational in Madrid, for an H.R. consulting firm, as a partner of a training company, and more recently as the founding partner of Managers Studio (2006). She is a graduate from London University, has several Margerison & McCann Team Management Systems accreditations, and a diploma in NLP applied to coaching and training. She has given conferences on leadership and change, is specialised on the subject of international and virtual teams, and lectures in several universities and business schools on the subject of leadership, organisational behaviour, and communication.
Marciano Alves’ extensive business knowledge provides the strategic focus. He is French / Portuguese, has 15 years experience in finance at an international level, and an Executive MBA from ESCP Europe. He first tries to understand a business’ strategy and its environment and how that links to the organisational behaviour. “More than 80% of a company’s annual costs walk and talk. If an organisation doesn’t see its staff as an intrinsic part of its value chain and as an area where investment will ultimately lead to future returns, then it simply cannot compete. Our job is to find solutions to make sure that happens”.
In order to successfully implement its various projects, Managers Studio has a team of associated professionals, each with their own area of expertise.
“Each project we develop and roll out for a client needs the perfect combination of people and competencies. We have to practise what we preach”.
