  • Creates clear vision and objectives with measurable results.
  • Has a clear schedule with phases, milestones and deliverables.
  • Challenges participants to look at things differently and forces them to operate outside of their “comfort zone”. Without challenges and accomplishments we don’t learn.
  • Requires work, action and commitment from those involved in order to achieve the desired results.
